The job is:

• 1/3 reporting
• 1/3 being handed large data sets and problems to solve
• 1/3 helping partners with their projects (experiment design, analysis, etc).

Ideally this person would

• Have a degree in statistics, applied math, or lots of appropriate coursework
• Know how to work with statistical software packages like SPSS, R, Stata, GIS etc 
• Be a competent writer. 
• Be super smart. 
• Live in DC or be willing to relocate.
